Swinging Doors

$45.00+

Details

Gaming terrain ideal for use with 28mm RPG miniatures & figurines associated with games like Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, etc....

This original terrain kit is hand-cast in sturdy resin and allows you to put swinging doorways just about anywhere in your VMD dungeon. It also enables the easy revelation of hidden doors and passageways (see Picture #3).

Details

Includes (See Photo #2):

4 Doors
2 Double-Doors
3 Straight Hinge Posts
1 Wall End
1 Corner Wall
1 Corner Hinge Post
1 3" Removable Wall
1 Hidden Passage Insert
1 Hidden Straight Doorway Insert
1 Hidden Corner Doorway Insert
2 1"x1" Floor Tiles
1 1"x2" Floor Tile

One side of each Door is formed into a cylindrical post that slides into a slot on the Hinge Post from the top.

The hinge post, like the Wall End element for the VMD is set back 1/4", allowing the door to swing 180-degrees (See Photos #4 and #5). Corner hinges allow 90-degree movement.

When integrated into the VMD, the doorway sits directly in line with the grid.

When closed, the door is flush with VMD walls (See Photos #1 & #3).

When opened, the doorway is wide enough to allow free movement and placement of miniatures, even directly inside the doorway (See Photo #1).

This item is not cast from Hirst Arts molds.

Note: Photos #1, #3, #4, & #5 show what the set can look like when it is painted and combined with other terrain elements. Other items are shown only for scale and inspiration. They are not included with the set.

If you do not see something that you want, feel free to place a custom order!

Options:
For an additional charge, this item can be ordered pre-painted.

This set can also be ordered with or without a 1/4" base to make the floor height compatible with other popular modular dungeons. Basing does not affect the price of the set.
